A scientific research achievement of the Fujian Institute of Metrology won the first prize for scientific and technological progress by the Institute for Measurement and Testing
[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] Recently, the “Key Technology Research of Super-Strength Superimposed Force Standard Device†completed by the Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute won the first prize of the 2017 China Association for Measurement and Test Technology Advancement. High-accuracy ultra-high-value standard devices are an urgent requirement for the implementation of national major projects and the construction of modern national defense, and they play a crucial role in the fields of high-speed rail construction, aircraft carrier manufacturing, and heavy rocket testing.
The “Key Technology Research for Ultra-Strength Superimposed Force Standard Device†project team successfully developed a 60MN superposition force standard device, which is the largest force standard machine in the world. The accuracy of the MN range segment of this device (2~20) is 0.05. %, (6 ~ 60) MN range segment accuracy of 0.1%, its repeatability and load fluctuation and other major technical indicators in the same type of devices in the international advanced level.
The project has broken through the key technologies of the ultra-high-value standard device series, invented the reference sensor group of the spherical-joint secondary adjustment structure, the double-pump linkage high-precision hydraulic power source, and the high-stability overall frame type rack structure, which was successfully developed. The 60MN superimposed force standard device has been compared with the United Kingdom and Germany and has achieved international equivalence, which has effectively promoted China's position in the field of international force measurement and enhanced the right to speak.
The successful development of this device will solve the problem of tracing the value of ultra-strong value in China, and will provide strong technical support and guarantee for the security testing of national defense equipment, aerospace, transportation, construction, etc. Its role in the formulation of international force industry standards, force comparisons, and international force research has significant social and economic benefits.
