The rice grinder is an experimental rice mill for grinding rice samples and can directly grind rice into a standard polished rice sample for inspection in a short time. Its main function is to complete the whole process of rice husking and brown rice whitening at a time. The quality of the batch of rice can be detected in time at the acquisition site, which provides a basis for judging the quality of the product. 1 Overview With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, different groups of people have different requirements for rice quality. In order to comply with demand, storage and storage companies must store, classify, and sell different quality characteristics of rice. At present, in the on-site acquisition, due to the large number of varieties and the large volume of acquisitions, it is difficult to determine the quality of the batch of rice, and if the adoption of national standard method testing will affect the acquisition progress. The acquisition site uses the LTJM_18 type rice grinding machine to determine the quality of rice in just 1 minute. It is easy to operate and samples are intuitive. It implements national standards, high quality and high prices, implements classified storage, protects the interests of farmers, and standardizes acquisition procedures. The promotion of the acquisition progress has very important significance.
2 basic performance and structure
2.1 Basic performance Rice test amount 170 g, shelling rate ≥ 99%, broken rate of polished rice: glutinous rice ≤10%, glutinous rice 420%, working voltage: AC220V±10% 50 HZ, net weight 13 kg, motor power 550 W, a working time 1 "-'90 S (adjustable), the time display mode microcomputer control.
2.2 Product Structure Mainly consists of control panel, processing department, screen, and sieves.
3 How to use
3.1 Combine the weight Press the release button on the weight, pull out the connecting rod from the aluminum alloy handle, re-insert the weight into the front end of the connecting rod, the release button of the weight must be aligned with the groove on the connecting rod to fix Heavy hammer.
3.2 Putting in the rice Take a full cup of rice (170 g) with the sampling cup that comes with it, lift it up, confirm the position of the sieve I]c)9, and pour the rice into the processing section. Put down the pressure crucible, and hook the front end of the combined weight connecting rod to hook the round hole on the processing part, the rod body presses in the crucible groove (the position of gravity on the pressure rod can be changed by adjusting the position of the weight on the connecting rod. To adapt to different rice varieties and moisture).
3.3 Setting Working Hours Turn on the power switch at the bottom of the back panel. The default working time is 60 S (The degree of whitening is basically proportional to the working time and the applied gravitation). Press the “0N†key to stop the work at any time. After stop, check: When the countdown is over, the motor stops running. To ensure safety, after the motor is completely stopped, remove the weight and press the rake. Observe the whitening of the rice. If it is not completely white, follow the above steps to work again. A few seconds.
3.4 Remove debris and rice After the white is finished, pull out the drawer under the processing section and throw away the waste; push the drawer to the processing section and rotate the screen counterclockwise by 180 degrees to make white. After the natural fall of rice into the drawer, and then press the jog key rice machine 1 --- 2 S after the shutdown to throw out the rice with the roll, then turn off the power switch.
3.5 Clean out the drawer, and pour the polished rice into the attached polished rice sieve to screen out the debris and observe the quality of the rice. Rotate the sieve clockwise 90 degrees to pull out the sieve and use it again. Brushing and wire brushes clean the processing section, screens, drawers, etc., and place the screens and drawers in place to prepare for the next job.
4 Comparison of test room with control test results During the rice quality survey we did the same, we used the LTJM-18 type rice grinder to conduct a comparative test on 20 local late rice samples. The results are shown in Table 1.
5 Summary
5.1 Through the use at the acquisition site, the instrument uses electronic timing, is simple to use, convenient and quick, and the sample results are intuitive and real, and they are acquired by classification.
5.2 Many factors affect the final weight of rice, such as: processing time, weight of the rice sample, whiteness, rice moisture content, rice varieties and quality, etc. The results obtained by this method are consistent with the proficiency of the users. The relationship, but does not affect the quality of the acquisition of the quality of the judge, so the test is a qualitative test.
