Description:

Organic Fertilizer Disc granulator is the important fertilizer equipments in the whole line, which costs less, cover a small area, and it is easy to operate and control. It is better to choose this kind fertilizer equipment to produce the organic/inorganic compound fertilizer or single-quality fertilizer.

Working principle:
 
The pan revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will rise along with the revolving pan under the friction between the powder and the pan, on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity. At the same time, the powder is to the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. 
It gradually becomes the required size, then overflows by the pan edge.
 
Application: 

 Disc granulator for cement is the main equipment to make the powder form material into ball, mainly used in the cement industry, steel industry and compounded fertilizer industry.

1.Urea,ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, producyion
 
2.Monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, calcium superphosphate, calcium-magnesia phosphate fertilizer
 
3.Potassium chloride, potassium sulphate, potassium sulphate magnesium
 
4.Agricultural waste: straw,dregs of beans,cotton dregs,rice bran,etc.
 
5.Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as,Slaughterhouse Waste,Fish Market,Urine and dung of cattle,Pigs,Sheep,Chicken,Ducks, Geese,Goat.etc.
 
6.Industrial waste: wine lees,vinegar residue,manioc waste,sugar scum,furfural residue etc.
 
7.Home scrap: food waste,bones,the roots and leaves of vegetables etc.
 
8.Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc. compound fertilizer making machine
