According to Reuters, the Denso Group recently stated that in order to meet the growing demand in Indonesia's auto market, the company will invest in the construction of a new factory in the country. The Denso Group has announced that it will invest 110 million U.S. dollars to build a new plant in West Java, Indonesia. It is expected that the plant will be put into operation in 2014 to produce engine control products and equipment such as starters . Akio Shikamura, senior executive director of Thermal Systems Business Group, stated: "Indonesia is a fast-growing market in Asia.
