Donghai Machine Tool independently developed a large-scale three-machine linkage CNC bending machine

Recently, under the guidance of experts from the National Foundry and Forging Institute, Nantong Donghai Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. independently developed an extremely large three-machine linkage CNC bending machine that was successfully commissioned. The maximum nominal pressure of this type of bending machine is 4,000 tons, and the length of the foldable sheet material is 18 meters, which fills the gap in Asian forging machinery industry. The project broke the record of only 2,000 tons of press brakes in Asia before. This success was not only domestically initiated but also set a new Asian record.

This kind of oversized CNC bending machine will be widely used in the manufacture of automobiles, trains, elevator components and wind towers. The market prospect is very broad. Donghai Machine Tool stated that the company will continue to sprint high-end shear roll machines and begin development of 6,000-ton extra-large CNC bending machines.
