Dust removal post safety operation procedures

    1 Scope

This procedure provides for the safe operation of mineral processing plant dust content and equipment requirements.

This procedure applies to the decontamination station of the concentrator.

2.1 Operators must be qualified after safety training; wear protective helmets, dust masks, gloves and other labor protection articles before starting work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers.

2.2 The operator must strictly implement the operating procedures of the dust removal equipment.

2.3 The operator must master the performance, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.

2.4 The wet dust collector device should be supplied with water before starting, and then the induced draft fan of the dust removal system should be started; when the system is shut down, the system induced draft fan should be stopped first, then the water supply should be stopped.

2.5 According to the characteristics and requirements of various types of wet dust collectors, adjust and control the water supply pressure and water volume of the water supply system or the water level in the water tank to make the dust collector operate under the best condition.

2.6 Regularly clean nozzles, sieve plates, drain valves and defogging devices to prevent clogging.

2.7 When replacing the V-belt and driving, be careful not to put your hand into the inner side of the belt and the pulley to prevent injury.

2.8 When the dust removal device is overhauled, the equipment such as the dust collector body, sieve plate, packing layer, nozzle, demisting device and water supply pump shall be thoroughly inspected for corrosion, damage or blockage.

2.9 Fill in the original record carefully, so that the writing is clear and the data is true and reliable.

2.10 Do a good job in environmental sanitation and equipment hygiene in the scope of this post, and achieve civilized production.

2.11 Hand over the shift in strict accordance with the shift system.

Intermeshing type is one of kneader mixer's rotor types and it is different with tangential rotors. In kneader machines, the rotor must be driven by a constant speed connecting gear, the large diameter of one rotor interacts with the small diameter of the opposite. There are ridges on the rotor, the ridges are helically shaped along the rotor to allow the mixing material to move axially within the mixing chamber. Dispersion mixing is mainly carried out in a small gap between two sizes of rotors.
