A number of water-saving new technology "to pick a big beam"
In order to effectively improve the efficiency of water use in China's textile industry, the Textile Industry Association convened a working conference on water statistics and standards for the textile industry in Beijing on March 22, 2007. This day coincided with the World Water Day.
The meeting clearly identified three key aspects of the water saving work in the textile industry, launched water-conservation-based corporate activities for the textile industry in the entire industry, and conducted statistical work on water use indicators to accumulate data for the implementation of relevant preferential policies by the state; Textile product water quota establishment.
It is understood that in order to realize the water saving indicators such as the total industrial output value of 10,000 yuan and the water consumption per ton of fiber, the Textile Association did a number of field surveys on the water use of textile companies last year, laying a foundation for formulating the standard for water consumption of textile enterprises. solid foundation.
China Industry News reporter learned from the Textile Industry Association that, at this stage, a number of advanced water-saving technologies and equipment, including the wastewater treatment and recycling system for textile water-jet looms, are playing the role of water-saving work in the textile industry.
Taking the weaving industry as an example, due to the strong dependency of water jet looms on water and the large amount of water used, the average daily water consumption of a unit of 1000 water jet looms reaches 3,600 tons, which totals 1.08 million tons annually. At the same time, a large amount of production wastewater will also be produced. If the water-jet loom wastewater treatment and recycling system is popularized and used in the weaving industry, it is expected that the water resources can be saved by 107.54 million tons per year and the water fee expenditure can be reduced by about 270 million yuan.
In the field of knitting, dyeing and finishing, the amount of water consumed per ton of cloth dyed by reactive dyes is about 220 tons, and the waste water generated contains a variety of chemical agents, causing serious environmental pollution. Experts suggest that the development of a new water-saving dyeing process and the simultaneous improvement of pre-treatment, dyeing, and post-treatment technologies are the key to achieving water-saving and consumption reduction in the entire process of knitting, dyeing, and finishing. It is estimated that by applying the new printing and dyeing technology and its new technology for wastewater reuse, the water consumption per ton of fabric can be reduced from 180 tons to 140 tons, the water withdrawal per unit product will be reduced by 30%, and the wastewater treatment reuse rate will reach 30%.
High temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing machine is one of the key projects for R&D and printing in the printing and dyeing industry in recent years. As a new generation of dyeing machines, high temperature and high pressure airstream dyeing machines fully reflect the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. According to the comparison experiment between the high-temperature and high-pressure air flow dyeing machine and the overflow jet dyeing machine, the same fabric is processed. The high-temperature and high-pressure air flow dyeing machine can save electricity by 27% to 29%, saving 60% of the additive (salt, alkali) and consumption. Save more than 50% of water, save steam 46% to 52%, and dyeing time will be reduced by 14% to 16%.
The traditional hair-washing industry is also a field with high pollution, high material consumption, and high investment. To promote the hair-washing industry to become cleaner, China's first self-developed zero-emission multi-cycle treatment equipment for washing hairs can not only achieve zero discharge of sewage, but also The water saving rate reaches 95%, which is widely used in the production process of wool, cashmere washing and oil processing and washing.
The amount of water drawn by the reeling industry unit product is very large, including about 800 cubic meters of water consumed in the water-poor area and about 1,500 cubic meters in the rich water area.
According to statistics, in 2007, the country’s raw silk production was 108,400 tons, while the reeling industry’s production water consumption reached approximately 140 million tons. In view of the fact that the reeling industry is mainly distributed in water-absent areas such as East China and Southwest China, the domestic first reclaiming and recycling facility for reeling silk can not only reduce the water used for reeling production by 95%, but also reduce the production of coal by more than 20%. It is reported that the technology has won three national invention patents. After treatment of the reclaimed silk waste water, the pollutant removal rate is about 98%. The hardness, iron, manganese, and chloride ions are close to the original water value (well water). Recycling for silk production.
In addition, the Textile Association has spared no effort to promote water-saving advanced technologies such as steam condensate recovery unit technology, one-bath process, bio-enzyme treatment technology, and ultra-soft new-type paint printing.
Establish an annual report system for water use statistics
Since last year, the Textile Industry Association has been making every effort to promote the annual statistical system for water use in textile companies, and has initially received statistical reports on water energy use in the first quarter of 2007 submitted by 43 companies. Among them, there are 15 cotton textiles (including yarn dyed), 7 chemical fiber companies, 6 wool textile companies, 4 printing and dyeing companies, 3 knitting companies, 4 silk companies, 3 home textile companies, and apparel. There are 1 companies, which are from Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Hebei and Gansu provinces.
In order to further improve this system, the Textile Industry Association made four specific suggestions:
First, establish a reasonable water price mechanism, implement the preferential policies for water conservation, implement the sub-quality pricing of water, and provide better quality and higher prices.
Second, it is hoped that the state will mainly support the research and development of key technologies for the advanced treatment and reuse of wastewater that meets the standards, prioritize the construction of projects that meet the standards for the reuse of wastewater, and return the collected wastewater discharge fees to a certain percentage for the wastewater reuse technology projects. .
Third, it is recommended that the State provide economic policy support for the research and development of water-saving technologies for textiles and water-saving technological transformation, such as arranging special research funding. Among them, for major water-saving technological transformation projects with high technical difficulty and large investment demand, the state should support it in the form of discount loans.
Fourthly, as the textile industry promotes water-saving technology, it also needs to introduce some advanced foreign water-saving equipment. Therefore, it is recommended that import tariffs on equipment used for water-saving technological transformation be exempted from import duties, and that the new income tax will be deducted in accordance with the relevant spirit. And other preferential policies.
Improve water efficiency, new technology, new equipment, "big beam"
For China's textile industry, which is undergoing industrial transformation, the promotion of industrial upgrading through energy conservation and emission reduction will undoubtedly become a key link in the structural adjustment of the textile industry. In order to promote the smooth development of energy-saving and emission-reduction work in the textile industry, active promotion of key energy saving and emission reduction projects as well as new energy-saving processes, new technologies and new equipment have become the focus of work during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†period of the China Textile Industry Association.
