Jilin Petrochemical Company regards the industrialized test of environment-friendly styrene-butadiene rubber 1500E as the key research project of this unit. In the past, this factory had been using conventional terminators to produce styrene-butadiene rubber, which contained high nitrosamines, which not only harmed the user's health but also adversely affected the environment. In order to solve this bottleneck problem as soon as possible, this plant actively cooperates with the scientific research department to jointly carry out the environmental protection styrene butadiene rubber technology development work, compile the environmental protection type styrene-butadiene rubber 1500E industrialization test plan, and carefully carry out the technical transformation required for industrialization test as required. This industrialization test was conducted on a line of 140,000 tons of styrene-butadiene rubber plant A per year. In the meantime, they adopted methods such as production online switching, replacement and strict control of additives, scientifically organized industrial trial production, and after 10 days of production, the products all reached the standard.
