Mold manufacturing industry as a whole showed rising levels

In 2015, what kind of trend will China's mold industry develop? Looking back at the past 2014, the global mold manufacturing industry increased by 12%, and the global mold manufacturing industry started at 94%. After a downturn in early 2014, this part of the business has now picked up again. Among them, the lowest operating rate in North America, capacity utilization rate of 85%, while 97% in Asia, Europe, 114%. The output value of the Chinese mold industry exceeded 1.8 trillion yuan, an average of 17%, which is more than double the average value of China's GDP.

The automotive industry is one of the major downstream applications of the mold industry. About one-third of China's mold products serve the automotive industry. Steel is the upstream of molds. Molds determine the quality of automobiles, and steel determines the quality of molds. The mold steel used by some enterprises can no longer meet the needs of market development. Mold steel must be technologically and qualitatively reformed to adapt to the rapid development of the industrial age. Social demand is always moving forward. Consumers are increasingly demanding quality, appearance, and other requirements. Only the enterprises can strive for excellence, and R&D efforts should be made to develop new products to meet the diverse requirements of the market.
