Airbags are almost the necessary safety equipment for different brands and different grades of cars. Once the airbags fail, the consequences can be disastrous. There are many cases in which auto companies have recalled airbags. The biggest one in the past two years was in May 2011. Although the steering wheel will not cause major failures, its importance cannot be ignored. If the direction cannot be controlled, how can we ensure driving safety? Of course, the accident caused by the failure of the steering wheel is not a minority. At the beginning of this year, Suzuki conducted a large-scale recall of steering wheel jitter. It involved a total of 13,227 vehicles in the Chinese mainland, mainly imported Suzuki Jimny models from 2007 to 2013.

Tyre puncture hidden danger level:

There is a joke: the car is a creature with four wheels. Tyres are important for cars, and the accidents caused by punctures account for a large proportion of accidents, especially when driving on highways. If punctures occur, the consequences will be disastrous.

In general, the cause of a puncture is inadequate or excessive tire pressure, as well as strong external forces (such as tire tying) and overloading. Engine abnormal sound hidden level:

Engine failure can be a frequent visitor to automotive safety hazards. More than 20% of vehicle faults are engine problems. Although manufacturers are constantly updating and improving in this area, complaints still appear one after another.

Shanghai Volkswagen Lai Yi, Southeast Ling Yue, Skoda Jing Rui and other engine abnormal events have occurred, or have been complained or recalled directly.

It is understood that engine noise is related to various factors such as engine speed, load, temperature, cylinder position, work cycle, and lubrication conditions. Since the sound is loud or small, it is best to stop immediately if something is wrong.

ABS fault hidden level:

If the ABS anti-lock brake control system (abbreviated as ABS) fails during operation, it will affect the safety of the driver and the car. Due to ABS defects, General Motors will recall some imported Opel Andhra and Chevrolet Koppich cars from March 7, 2012, involving a total of 16,618 imported Chevrolet Kopaqi and 1,586 Opel Andra.

The cause of ABS defects is the presence of impurities in the vehicle brake fluid, which may affect the normal operation of the anti-lock brake module. In extreme cases, it may cause the braking distance to lengthen, or the braking deviation, there is a potential safety hazard. In fact, from this recall, we can also see that the operation of ABS is related to a number of parts and components.
