The completion of the first subgrade pile plate structure in Baolan Kejia, the 20th Bureau of China Railways Corporation

On July 19th, the site of the subgrade pile and slab construction of the 22nd engineering team of Baolan Passenger Specialties Co., Ltd. of the 2nd company had been successfully completed. The pouring was completed first in the 8 sections of the Baolan special guest.

Bao Lanke is an important part of the national railway "four vertical and four horizontal" rapid passenger transport network, and it is also a major gold channel for the development of the western region. The subgrade slab structure is a new structural form of the high-speed railway ballastless track. The lower part is composed of drilled piles and reinforced concrete bearing plates on the upper part. The bearing plate is directly connected with the track structure, making full use of the common between pile and soil, slab soil and soil. Role to meet the requirements for ballastless track strength and settlement deformation.

The 22nd Engineering Team is responsible for the subgrade construction of IDK856+710-IDK856+848.28. The foundation treatment adopts the pile plate structure treatment. The pile adopts C45 reinforced concrete bored pile, the pile diameter is 1.0m, the length of the pile is 28.1m, and the plate is cast with C40 concrete. Plate thickness 0.7m, width 10.1m.

At present, the team adheres to a scientific, rigorous, fast and efficient style of work, allocates resources such as manpower, material resources, and machinery, and divides the division of labor of the personnel into responsible areas.
