They identified the industry chain division of labor and cooperation as an important feature of modern manufacturing. It is true that Taiwan’s experience in building machine tool industry bases is worth learning, but they have sufficient conditions to build. The core of the industrial cluster is the high concentration of industry within a certain space. However, at present, most of the supporting construction of the CNC machine tool industry base is not perfect, and it is difficult to form an industrial cluster effect. Although some places have already formed industrial clusters, they have a high proportion of outsourcing processing orders every year.

However, how can it be considered strong? President Yang said that the proportion of high-end machine tools should reach 20% to 30%. Secondly, enterprises should inject innovation vitality.
