Universal Instruments has introduced two new series feeders


Universal Instruments' Gold line feeders add a new product: the two-way feeder, which is feature-rich and has been improved on the basis of the gold feeder series. The 8mm gold dual-feeder capable of mounting 0201 components is compatible with the company's Lightning rotary lightning head, meeting the requirements of high-speed placement. In addition, the continuous bonding function greatly improves the production line yield and increases the production capacity by 30%. The PSV tape detection sensor enhances the traceability and achieves absolute control of the production line. Universal Instruments also offers a single line of Black 8mm and 12mm electric feeders designed for medium to small batch mid-range applications. The new black-loaded feeder is compatible with the Lightning Lightning Head, effectively replacing the traditional pneumatic feeder and is suitable for use with Universal Instruments' AdVantis platform. The new splicable mid-range feeders have many of the same features as the gold series, ensuring repeatable representation of parts with a high-precision drive sequence and traceability with a unique feeder number.
