[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] On March 11, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology organized a comprehensive technical acceptance meeting for the National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Project "Atomic Spectrometry System for Field, Fast and Accurate Measurement" in Beijing. The special project is led by Beijing Jitian Instrument Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Concentration Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jitian Instrument”), and undertakes research and development and industrialization of instruments and equipment.

Founded in 2000, Jitian Instruments was established by a technical team engaged in the research and development of atomic fluorescence instruments in the early 1980s. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacture and sales of laboratory analytical instruments in China. It has a team of consultants including a number of academicians and a strong technical force.
At the meeting, Ms. Peng Hua, the chairman of Jitian Instrument, described that Jitian Instrument has taken the lead in the research and development and industrialization of instruments and equipment since 2011. It has introduced dozens of senior application and design personnel to integrate advanced ideas into the existing The improvement of the instrument brings a lot of new ideas and vitality to the team.
In recent years, Jitian Instruments has been striving for excellence in product development, whether it is the quality control of the product, the test data of the application method, or the customer's needs. At the 17th Beijing Analytical Testing Academic Conference and Exhibition (BCEIA 2017) held in 2017, the liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometer SA-50 developed by Jitian Instrument and the direct injection mercury cadmium tester DCMA -300 and so on have completed a small batch of trial production, pilot test, and began to achieve industrialization. The company has an annual production capacity of 500 sets / set to ensure that products enter the market normally.
The acceptance expert group listened to the work report of the project unit, watched the connection video of the instrument demonstration, reviewed the relevant materials, and after questioning and answering questions, the expert group discussed and finally formed the acceptance opinion, and agreed that the project passed the technical comprehensive acceptance. Ms. Peng Hua, Chairman of Jitian Instrument, Dr. Liu Xinxin, Project Leader, and Xiao Xiaohua, Deputy General Manager, and more than 20 representatives from the project undertaker participated in the technical comprehensive acceptance meeting of the project.

The movement of a tumbler screening machine is usually compared with simple hand screening similar to the [gold washing pan". Basic rotary motion is similar to hand screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low speed V belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm. Each product` dwell time can be adjusted in a radial and tangential angle, towards the drive axis.Therefore, establishing the horizontal and throwing three dimensional rolling movement,  materials are evenly dispersed on the entire sieve surface from the center to the  outer edge, and thus spread towards the axis by spiral movement. Small particles are then finished in the whole sieving process. The horizontal and vertical acceleration are increased with the movement of the particles, and then the particles which are close to mesh size will be successfully separated; The larger particles are transported to the exit, the flow can be  controlled by a regulated oriented device at the exit, the oriented device is another factor  which controls the dwell time of the materials.
