After operating the centrifugal pump we should pay attention to maintenance, you can pay attention to the following points:
  
A maintenance operation and maintenance
  
1. The water line must be highly sealed.
  
2. Prohibit long-term operation of pump in cavitation.
  
3. Prohibit the pump running in the flow, the motor over-current long-term operation.
  
4. Regular check pump operation, the motor over-current long-term operation.
  
5. The pump should have someone in charge of the operation, in order to avoid accidents.
  
6. The pump should operate for 500 hours of running time for refueling. Motor power is greater than 11KW with a refueling device, high pressure gun can be injected directly to ensure excellent bearing lubrication.
  
7. Long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear, so that the unit noise and vibration increases, the parking should be checked, if necessary, replace the vulnerable parts and bearings, unit overhaul period is generally one year.
  
Second mechanical seal maintenance and care
  
1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean without solid particles.
  
2. It is forbidden to work mechanical seal under dry grinding condition.
  
3. Before starting the pump (motor) should be circled several times, so as not to cause a sudden start breaking seal ring damage.
Chemical centrifugal pump maintenance methods
The working principle of the chemical centrifugal pump is that when the pump is full of water, the impeller rotates to generate centrifugal force, and the water in the impeller channel is thrown to the pump housing by the centrifugal force due to the centrifugal force, so the pressure in the center of the impeller is reduced. Below the pressure in the inlet pipe, water flows into the impeller from the sump under this pressure differential. This pump can continue to absorb water constantly supply.
