1. Whether the selection of explosion-proof monitoring equipment is consistent with the regional classification level, whether it is suitable for surrounding gas classification protection; whether the temperature level of explosion-proof monitoring and power control equipment is suitable for the spontaneous ignition point of surrounding flammable gas; qualified explosion-proof electrical explosion-proof equipment should be marked: manufacturer name , certification unit, certification number, explosion-proof structure for gas groups, temperature class.
2. Whether the line marking information of the explosion-proof camera equipment is complete, whether the camera housing cover and function are damaged, and whether the monitoring equipment protective cover and the sealing gasket can be completely sealed.
3. Whether the screw or cable interface equipment (direct or indirect) and the spacing component are correct, the screws or joints of the pipeline should not be loose, the joints are clean and free of damage, and the monitoring cable joints must be explosion-proof joints and have the explosion-proof certification mark.
4. If there is a gasket on the pressure-proof and explosion-proof equipment joint, it should be confirmed whether it is purely waterproof.
5. On-site signal transmission The condition of the gasket of the electrical equipment casing of the explosion-proof box is normal.
6. Explosion-proof monitoring equipment The sealing gasket should be made of silica gel that is not easy to age and is not easily deformed.
7. Explosion-proof filler should be used at the explosion-proof joint of the explosion-proof box and the camera to block the electrical spark inside the equipment.
8. Are the installation equipment such as monitoring equipment and explosion-proof box properly grounded according to requirements?
9. Does the pressure explosion-proof box have a safety lock or must it be opened with special tools?
In order to ensure safety, these options should be checked and confirmed one by one, in order to introduce the occurrence of leakage after the installation of the explosion-proof camera, to prevent the above situation from making mistakes.
