Mechanical lock differential advantages

Mechanical locking differential (MLD, Mechanical Locking Differential) different from the ordinary differential (Open Differential) and a limited-slip differential (LSD, Limited Slip Differential). In the case of a side wheel slip (such as ice and mud, muddy roads), the ordinary differential will transmit all the engine torque to the slipping wheels, so that the vehicle can not get any traction to exit the obstacle: the limited slip differential (LSD) Although partial rotation of the left and right wheels can be restricted, some of the engine torque is transmitted to non-skid wheels. However, in most cases, due to limited torque transmission, the vehicle cannot obtain sufficient traction to get out of the obstacles.

The mechanically-locked differential (MLD) is an improved product based on the limited-slip differential (LSD). It can trigger the mechanical lock when the side wheel slips (the left and right wheel speed difference reaches 100 rpm). The locking mechanism completely locks the axle and transmits 100% of the engine torque to the effective wheel with grip, providing sufficient traction to help the vehicle get out of the obstacle.

In view of the working principle and characteristics of MLD, the two-wheel-drive vehicle equipped with MLD performed even more in some cases than a 4WD (four-wheel-drive vehicle) equipped with an ordinary differential. This is because a general four-wheel-drive system can only transmit torque from the rear wheels to the front wheels (or from the front wheels to the rear wheels) and cannot transfer torque between the left and right wheels when there is a wheel on the front and rear of the vehicle. In case of slipping, the four-wheel drive system is also unable to transmit the engine torque to the effective wheels.

Mechanical lock differential advantages:
1. Immediately lock the two axles fully when the wheels are spinning to provide maximum power for both wheels.
2. Normal driving, only open differential, does not affect the normal driving and steering.
3. Automatic locking and unlocking are completed in an instant.
4. Precision forging ultra-high tension alloy gears, without any machining, superior impact resistance.
5. Pyrolytic anthrax wipes from aircraft and Fl racing brake systems for superior durability.
6. No noise, no maintenance.

Auxiliaries For Textile & Detergent

We mainly produce EO and PO derivatives which can be used in textile auxiliaries, LEXXISO® series Isomeric Alcohol Ethoxylates are high performance nonionic surfactants which can be used in textile auxiliaries, leather auxiliaries, detergents, paint additives, paper additives, pesticide adjuvant and other chemical industries. They are very effective dispersing, wetting and emulsifying agents, and perform very well as substitutes for Alkylphenol Ethoxylates and STPP in textile auxiliaries and detergents. Moreover, they give better performance than natural alcohol ethoxylates. And Lexxiso can be Lutensol XP/XL/TO/ON counter.
