1. The vulnerable parts of the fuel tank:
The parts that are easily damaged during long-term use of the fuel tank are the welding point of the oil pipe inside the fuel tank and the external welding points. When the internal solder joints are fused or have blisters, the diesel generator may be unstable or shut down during operation. In addition, if the bottom of the tank too much impurities, the above phenomenon will occur.
2, the failure of the tank damage:
Caused by the occurrence of false welding or trachoma in the welded part of the fuel tank is due to the fact that the manufacturer's welding quality is not excessive or there is a large shock during transportation.
3, after the repair of the fuel tank damage:
When the welded part of the fuel tank inside the outlet pipe is welded or there is a gas leak, remove the oil pipe outside the tank and remove the oil outlet pipe inside the tank. After the oil pipe is damaged, it can be welded by brazing method. After welding, the tightness of the outlet pipe should be checked.
When there is a false weld or trachoma in the external welding area of ​​the fuel tank, common electrodes can be used for welding. The diesel oil inside the fuel tank must be cleaned when the single welding is performed.
When there is too much impurity at the bottom of the fuel tank, use diesel or gasoline to clean it, and then unscrew the drain screw at the bottom of the tank to clean the diesel containing impurities.
