The Quality Inspection Public Welfare Project “Research and Standard Development of Energy Efficiency Test Methods for High Energy Consumption Environmental Test Equipment” participated in the Institute of Mechanical and Instrumentation Integrated Technology and Economy (hereinafter referred to as “Yihe Institute”) won the second prize of Guangdong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. The winners include Guangdong Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, Yizhao Institute, Yangzhou Optoelectronic Product Testing Center and China Metrology University. The award-winning project was established in 2014. The instrument is responsible for GB/T 33861-2017 "High and low temperature test chamber energy efficiency test method" and GB/T 33873-2017 "heat aging test chamber energy efficiency test method" two national standards In order to fully mobilize the industry, a standard working group was set up in the National Laboratory Instrument and Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 526). Through the statistics and analysis of the energy efficiency data of the test chambers of different manufacturers, a set of applications was first proposed. The energy efficiency test method of the test box can provide reference for the laboratory equipment manufacturing enterprise to improve the design and improve the energy saving level of the equipment, and also lays a foundation for the energy saving and emission reduction of the test box industry. Based on this series of standards, the Institute is currently working with the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) to carry out energy-saving laboratory equipment certification work, and strive to improve the energy-saving and consumption-reducing level of the entire industry.
