When the amount of straw is 20% (heat), the furnace is stable and easy to adjust, and the thermal performance of the boiler is not significantly changed. The combustion technology is the first in China, and can provide technical reference for the transformation of the four-corner burning pulverized coal furnace mixed with straw.
2. According to the site conditions, the straw powder pneumatic conveying system with a length of 370 meters was successfully developed and designed to solve the problem of long-distance pneumatic conveying of straw materials.
3. Successfully designed and built a collection, storage, transportation, conveying, crushing and burning system that consumes 100,000 tons of straw per year. Through testing and operation, a number of valuable process design and operational data were obtained. The overall transformation of the project is small and the investment is relatively low. The implementation of the project has reduced the consumption of fossil fuels and has good environmental and social benefits.
For the first time in China, the project has realized the burning of straw on pulverized coal boilers, which is at the leading level in China. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the technical achievement appraisal.
