A9 and A9+ instrument fault code details

1.    Err 03     Said: overload alarm, all or part of the load immediately removed.      

  2.    Err 19     Said: Zero, negative or unstable weighing can not print.

  3.    Err 11     He said: does not meet the demands of document, print settings error. Please try the new settings.

  4.    Err 12     Indicates: Does not meet printer setup requirements: printer selection or printer setup error

                       Shall be re-set or replace the printer.

  5.    Err 16     He said: into illegal date or time, please re-enter the correct date or time.

  6.    Err 09     Said: No such number.

  7.    Err 10     Said: The car number has been stored more than 1000 .

  8.    Err 28     Indicates that the printed date is less than the date of the stored weighing record. Please delete large date records or

                        Modify the current date so that it is not less than the date of the stored weighing record.

    1.     Err   P     He said: printer connection error or printer error, press any key to exit, re-connection

Or change the printer.

2.    Err 01     Indicates that the sensor signal wiring is incorrect or the sensor signal is negative than the instrument's input signal range:

(1)       If this is a scale in use, you can determine if the connection is faulty or the sensor is damaged.

(2)       If this is a scale that has not been commissioned, check carefully that the sensor wiring is correct and the sensor is working properly.

    3.    Err   02     Indicates that the sensor signal wire is connected incorrectly or the signal exceeds the A/D range:

     (1) If this is a scale in use, it can be judged that the connection is faulty or the sensor is damaged.

     (2) If this is an untried scale, you can check it in the following order:

a. Carefully check that the sensor wiring is correct.

b. Whether the choice of sensor is reasonable, should meet the sensor's empty scale load + the amount of the scale < the range of the sensor.

  4.      Err   05     Said: AD is not working properly.

(1)       If a four-core shielded cable is used, check that +E and +S , -E and -S are short-circuited as required.

(2)       Check if the sensor connection is normal.

two.    Component failure and troubleshooting information tips:

  1.     Err 18        He said: the keyboard is faulty, the display 10 seconds after entering the weighing display, the keyboard must change.

  2.    Err 20          It represents: RAM size portion of data is lost, the calibration switch to again re-calibration status after POST,                                   After Err 20 no longer appears , turn the calibration switch to the non-calibration state.

  3.    Err 21        Said: RAM , E2PROM calibration data are lost, at this time must be calibrated                                                       Plug in, re-enter the original calibration data, then boot or re-calibration.

  4.    Err 22        Said: RAM damage, must replace the new chip, and then re-calibration.

  5.    Err 23        Represents: E2PROM is damaged, a new chip must be replaced, the original data is re-calibration

After entering, re-boot or re-calibration.

6 .   Err   SP     Said: built-in micro-faulty, press any key to exit. Please check the internal print connection or replace the printer head and driver board.
