The quality of cable products mentions the word "sampling," which is an annoyance that customers have to do. As we all know, one of the positions that we often deal with demanders of cable products is the sales staff of wire and cable. How to deal with the customer's sampling inspection and the handling of problems is a compulsory course for cable sales personnel!
In the increasingly fierce market competition in the wire and cable industry, users are paying more and more attention to the current product quality inspection. How can cable companies ensure that product sampling results meet the contract technical requirements?
1. After the production standards for contracted goods reviewed by both parties are clarified, the cable salesman shall make good orders and ensure that the execution standards of the order are clearly defined and meet the technical requirements of the contract. The company's internal production and process control product testing shall strictly comply with the standards. Requirements to ensure delivery of qualified products. Products with quality defects should not be easily released without strict procedural approval.
2. The sales personnel should do a good job in tracking service after product sales. In the event of cable sampling or unqualified sampling, sales personnel should actively and quickly respond, and strive to rush to the scene to follow up the service at the first time.
3. DIN Slip On Flange

Across the pond, you will find the Deutsches Institute fur Normung (DIN) flange specification, consisting of a variety of European styles which have been unified into one code for the purpose of commonality. Designation as a DIN Flange by the German Institute of Standardization assures the user of design quality the way an ASME flange would here in America. Although much less common than ANSI/ASME steel flanges in the United States, many of our international customers request flanges to these specifications for a variety of applications such as imported steel vessels, cargo ships, and other infrastructure which may consist of metric pipes/valves and European designed equipment.

The subset flanges under the DIN standard consist of the same style of flanges in the United States, including the most commonly used slip on flanges, weld neck, flanges, and blind flanges. Adapter flanges can be custom made to end user requirements for the mating of American flanges to international ones, however we find it is a much more common and easy solution to provide DIN flanges to mate to existing equipment.
