The two gold mining vessels will temporarily occupy and “destroy†the farmland by about 300 mu per year. If no effective measures are taken to rehabilitate the land, 4,500 mu of land that cannot be cultivated due to “destruction†after the end of gold mining will be abandoned. More than 3,000 peasants have lost the land they depend on, and will produce 4.5 million jin of rice per year, which will cause irreparable damage to farmers' vital interests and agricultural production. Therefore, the quality of the work of Futian is the premise and basis for the survival and development of the sand gold mine. From the construction of mines in 1988 to the present, at the beginning of each year, the Municipal Land and Minerals Bureau, the Waterway Town Government and the Sand Gold Mine signed the reinstatement agreement of the year (Annex 1 of the 2000 Reclamation Agreement). At the same time, the production management department formulates the process plan for stripping and reclaiming the land according to the design plan and the geological conditions of different sections, and often studies and solves the specific problems that arise in the actual work. 3î€ Strengthening on-site guidance and management of Futian
The engineering and technical personnel, on-site construction workers, production dispatchers and mine-level leaders of the Production Technology Department often divested the work site of Futian, supervised and instructed according to the design and construction, assisted in solving the specific problems that occurred temporarily, and often requested the municipal land. (2) Seriously study the experience of the field and formulate the plan for the stripping of the mine
In order to effectively carry out the work of stripping Futian, we have sent mine-level leaders and engineering technicians twice to study their experiences in the Ankang Gold Mine and Hengshui Gold Mine in Shaanxi Province. After returning, I carefully analyzed the different geological conditions of the two mines and the impact of the climate and geological conditions of the two regions on the growth of crops to find out the differences and commonalities. Through analysis and comparison, we have digested and absorbed the local experience, and practically formulated our stripping and rehabilitative plan and organized it in the production process. We are not only eager to learn from the field experience, but also do not have to work hard in the field to find out that it is suitable for local practice. Our stripping of the Futian process is actually simple and easy. The bulldozer is used for layering and stripping. After gold mining, the bulldozer is used to backfill and level the soil. The five-bow plough is used to turn the ground. The method of using the garden to loosen the soil is to determine the stripping depth according to the geological conditions of different sections. The farming layer is about 500-600 mm. The mining area is pushed out, and then the clay is pushed out, and the soil stripped in layers is stacked separately. When the gold mining operation is finished, firstly, the tailings are leveled, the clay is backfilled in turn, then the topsoil is backfilled, and then the whole leveling operation is carried out, and finally the five-bow plow is used to loosen. (3) In order to test the effect of Futian, a small-scale experimental field was built.
After the restoration of the land, the surface of the land seems to be flat, but if the land that has been restored by 6-7 meters is able to grow good crops, can it reduce production and reduce the output? In order to test the effect of Futian through practice, in the spring of 1990, we selected a 4 î€ 8 mu of land with poor soil quality after the restoration of the land (the foundation pit for the shipbuilding). Laboratory analysis. The analysis results show that there is no significant difference between the soil content after the restoration of the field and the soil composition before gold mining. As long as the farmers were paid a reasonable land compensation fee, the farmers originally allowed the gold mine to occupy the land, and the waterway town government wrote to the provincial environmental protection bureau. Since the land after the restoration of the land is not reduced, the land compensation fee paid to the farmers is reduced to 50% compared with the period of construction. If the annual land occupation is 300 mu, the annual compensation fee can be reduced by 22 million yuan, reducing production.
