Special equipment for gold dressing - re-election equipment - chute
Gold sand deposits, usually gold metal naturally exist in monomeric, and their high density, and therefore is selected from placer reselection most effective and most economical method. In the vein gold deposit, there is also a part of the granules which are larger in size and present as free monomers in the monomer. It is technically and economically feasible to select this part of free gold in advance by re-election in the joint gold selection process.
In addition to various jigs, shakers and other common re-election equipment can be used for gold selection, there are some re-election equipment for gold selection in China.
1. Fixed chute fixed chute is divided into large chute and small chute. The large chute is used in the open-pit mining and selection field, and the granularity of the treated ore is 50~100mm; the small chute is commonly used on the gold mining ship, and the granularity is less than 20mm. The technical specifications of chutes in China are shown in Table 1. The gold selection is shown in Figure 1 with a coarse grain chute.
The structure of the fixed chute is very simple. It is a rectangular trough body. Some troughs are made of wood and some are welded with steel plates with a thickness of 4~6mm. The chute with a baffle (commonly known as a grid, also called a strip) at the bottom of the chute is called a baffle chute. There are many types of slides, usually wooden slides, twigs and steel sheets. On the gold mining ship, the steel plate is cut and the mesh is cut (the steel plate is cut and drawn).
The technical conditions for chutes used in gold mining vessels in China are: length 4~5m, width 0.6~0.8m, height 0.4~0.6m, installation inclination angle 4 degrees-8 degrees, unit area load 0.4~1.5m 3 /m 2 •h, Liquid-solid ratio (10-12): 1, the slurry flow rate is 0.8~1.2m/s.
The advantage of the fixed chute is that it does not require power, has the lowest production cost and simple operation, and is an effective device for recovering coarse gold of 0.2 mm or more. The shortcoming is intermittent operation, the labor intensity of workers is large, and the recovery effect of fine grain gold is poor. Some gold mining vessels in China still use the process of using fixed chute as the main beneficiation equipment.
2. Heilongjiang Gold Company (hereinafter referred to as Longjiang)-I-type chute Longjiang-I type chute is a feature of the foreign Ross (scissor chute) and is designed and manufactured by Longjiang in combination with China's actual situation. It has been promoted and used. Its structure is shown in Figure 2. The entire plant consists of 3 parallel chutes that can handle both coarse and fine ore. In the middle is a coarse-grained chute with fine-grained chutes on both sides. Both the coarse-grained chute and the bottom of the fine-grained chute are covered with plastic felt (a lawn made of plastic) with a slide on it. The coarse-grain chute is made of L 45mm×45mm angle steel, and a round hole or long hole of Φ18mm is drilled on the side of the angle steel upward. The sliver of the fine-grained chute is made of L 25mm×25mm angle steel, and is also welded with flat steel strips, and has a shape similar to fish scales. The tail of the fine-grained chute has a length of lm long and a screen is placed, and the purpose is to effectively collect fine-grained gold.
The upper washing tank of the chute is a trapezoidal groove made of steel plates, and its main function is to ensure the stability of the feeding. There are many nozzles on the flushing water pipe, and high pressure water is sprayed to flush the materials. The joint between the chute and the ore washing tank is provided with a sieve plate to divide the material into two levels of thickness. The coarse grade is fed into the middle of the coarse grain chute, and the fine grade is fed into the fine grain chute on both sides. The sieve plate is a chrome- nickel alloy steel plate with a thickness of 14-18 mm, and a tapered sieve hole for preventing blockage is drilled thereon.
The chute has a simple structure, mostly welded parts, and is easy to manufacture. The device has large processing capacity and is easy to operate. The main parameters of the domestic washing chute are shown in Table 2.
3. Agitating the chute The agitating chute is a new type of gold-gold ore dressing equipment successfully developed in 1984 with reference to foreign materials. It is mainly produced by Shandong Zhaoyuan Huangji General Factory. It combines the selection principle and characteristics of the fixed chute and the jig, overcomes the knotting phenomenon of the fixed chute, and significantly improves the recovery rate of gold beneficiation. The beneficiation cycle is 4h, the gold concentrate yield is 0.2%, and the recovery rate is above 90%.
Due to the small yield of the agitated chute concentrate and the high enrichment ratio, the first rough selection can obtain the ideal coarse concentrate, which simplifies the beneficiation process and reduces the cost of beneficiation. Therefore, it is suitable for roughing equipment for gold mining vessels, and also for terraces. As a beneficiation equipment, the sand gold mine and the alluvial gold deposit are used in the open-air mechanical mining washing unit.
The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small installation elevation, simple operation, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
The main technical parameters of the GL2400×920 type agitating chute are: external dimensions 3160mm×1100mm×735mm, the selection area is 2.21m 2 , the production capacity is 5~8m 3 /h, the stroke is 10mm, the punching time is 50min -1 , and the selected granularity is -20mm. The liquid-solid ratio is 6:1, the concentrate yield is 0.2%, the clearing cycle is more than 4h, the installation inclination is 6 degrees to 7 degrees, the motor power is 1.1kW, and the machine weight is 750kg.
The agitating chute is mainly composed of a feeding tank, a chute, a rubber plate, a push frame, a rocker, a transmission mechanism and a frame. The structure and outer dimensions are shown in Fig. 3.
The sorting process of the agitating chute: the slurry is smoothly and evenly entered into the chute by the feeding tank. The chute of the chute is made of angle steel. One side of the angle steel is fixed with the rubber plate at the bottom of the chute, and the steel plate with a width of 50 mm is welded on the upper side of the angle steel (10 degree angle with the bottom edge). The plate is drilled with staggered elliptical holes, and the front of the hole is inlaid with a stopper to make the deposit layer The light material is discharged from the holes and prevents the coarse gravel from clogging the round holes.
The bottom plate of the chute is made of natural rubber, and the texture is soft and elastic, and it is resistant to bending. The agitation of the rubber plate is driven by a motor to reduce the camshaft. The camshaft drives the camshaft. The cam rotates to push the driven wheel. The reciprocating motion of the driven wheel drives the rocker to move, so that the bracket moves up and down. When the cam is at zero point, the rubber plate has no displacement; when rotated 90 degrees, the rubber plate between the sliding blocks moves upward; when it is turned from 90 degrees to 360 degrees, the rubber plate moves downward. Through the up and down movement of the rubber sheet, the mineral grain group is loose and layered without being knotted. Gold and heavy minerals are deposited at the bottom of the grid, while light minerals are continuously discharged from the tail of the tank.
GL3-900×2400 type agitating chute. The W-900×2400 type agitating chute produced by Changchun Gold Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Changchun Gold Institute) combines the principle and characteristics of ordinary chute and jigging, overcomes the knot phenomenon of ordinary chute, and greatly improves the recovery of gold. Rate, has a significant effect on fine gold recovery. The recovery rate of gold can reach 85%~90%. Due to the small concentrate yield and high enrichment ratio of the equipment, the ideal concentrate can be obtained in one selection, which simplifies the beneficiation process. The agitating chute is highly adaptable and can be used in large, medium and small sand gold mines. Depending on the production scale and ore properties, single or multiple units can be used in parallel or in series. Can meet the requirements of various production capacities of users. 4. Tape movable chute The tape movable chute is a tilt-mounted non-polar tape with many baffles on the surface and several small square grooves between the baffles. The ribs have sinusoidal ribs on both sides and are combined with the tape. The tape is tensioned by two rollers mounted on the frame. The driving roller is connected to the transmission device, and the driven roller is connected to the tensioning device. During operation, the tape moves upwards against the direction of slurry flow at a rate of 0.6 m/min. Heavy minerals that settle in the grooves are carried by the moving tape to the concentrate end, and the heavy minerals are removed by the flushing water into concentrates. Light minerals and gangues flow from the lower end to tailings. The structure of the tape chute is shown in Figure 4.

The characteristics of the movable groove of the tape are as follows: 1. Since the chute and the slurry move in the opposite direction, a greater speed difference is generated between the sediment layer and the suspension layer, thereby increasing the vortex motion and facilitating loose delamination of the particles. Because the belt surface continuously transports the deposited heavy sand upwards, the flow layer of the belt surface does not change with time, which ensures the stability and uniformity of the flow layer; 2 the slope of the movable groove of the tape is larger than the slope of the fixed chute, and is easy to form thin The film is good for recycling fine gold. The tape will produce slight vibration during the movement. The loose action of this mechanical force can make the fine-grained gold gap to the bottom layer, so that the fine-grained gold can be recovered more reliably. 3The movable groove of the tape continuously discharges the heavy sand, which improves The recovery rate of gold also eliminates the need for manual cleaning, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.
