I. Overview of the factory

Second, the process

It consists of two parts: rough selection and selection. The clay mine is first washed in a roughing plant, screened and sorted with a jig to produce concentrates and medium mines, and the wet separation section of the China Minmetals re-selection plant is further enriched.

Each jig outputs a first chamber containing 40% tin, 40% of the tantalum-containing iron ore concentrate, and the other output of the two chambers containing about 10% tin, tantalite containing 5% low-grade concentrates, feed The wet selection stage of the selected plant is further enriched.

The low-grade concentrate is enriched in the wet-selection section with a shaker, and the concentrate is combined with the jigging concentrate. The selected section is magnetically selected and electrified and re-selected to produce the final tin concentrate and coltan concentrate. .
