Precautions

1. Before starting the equipment, remove the debris (such as tools, etc.) on the machine (including the package feeding device and the output device) and turn the machine 2 - 3 turns with the platen wheel to ensure that the machine can rotate freely.

2. Before starting the equipment, please close or fix all the protective covers.

3, before each boot, please check the effectiveness of the stop button or safety switch.

4, when the equipment is running, the vertical and horizontal sealer's temperature can reach 200 - 300 degrees, or even higher, do not allow to touch the sealer, so as to avoid burns or cuts.

5. If an abnormal situation occurs, stop the machine immediately and start the production after troubleshooting.

Maintenance and maintenance
