This standard is the first release. 1 Scope This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of the reversible counter hammer crusher. Note 3: The determination of the motor power depends on the natural characteristics of the material to be crushed and the required output. The actual power is determined by the manufacturer according to the characteristics of the material to be crushed, the working conditions and the required output. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 The crusher shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The limit deviation of the unfilled tolerance dimension on the drawing shall comply with the m-level provisions of GB/T 1804-2000. 4.1.3 High quality carbon structural steel shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 699. 4.1.4 Ordinary carbon structural steel parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 700. 4.1.5 High manganese steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5680. 4.1.6 Gray iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9439. 4.1.7 Carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 11352. 4.1.8 Alloy structural steel forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 6396. 4.1.9 Carbon structural steel forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 6397. 4.1.10 Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.3. 4.1.11 Both purchased and outsourced parts shall have a certificate of conformity and shall be assembled after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department. 4.2 Appearance quality requirements 4.2.1 All weld surfaces should be flat and cracks, pores and slag inclusions are not allowed. 4.2.2 The surface of the crusher frame should be flat. There should be no obvious unevenness when visually observed. 4.2.3 The coating quality of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12. 4.3 Structural requirements 4.3.1 The wearing parts of hammers and counter-attacks of the same type of crusher produced by the same enterprise shall be interchangeable and easy to replace. 4.3.2 The adjustment mechanism of the crusher should be flexible and reliable. 4.3.3 The joint surfaces, inspection doors and holes of the crusher should be tightly sealed and dust should not be leaked. 4.3.4 Bearings should have good sealing and dustproof devices. There should be no oil leakage. The friction surfaces to be lubricated should be dust-proof. 4.3.5 The crusher rotor shaft shall be equipped with a manual turning device. 4.3.6 The opening of the PCFK-1413 and above large-size crusher casings shall be equipped with a hydraulic opening mechanism. 4.4 Performance requirements 4.4.1 The working humidity of the main bearing should not exceed 80 °C, and the temperature rise should not exceed 35 °C. 4.4.2 When using coal for crushing power station, the service life of hammerhead and counterattack should not be less than 3000h; when crushing coal for coking, the service life of hammerhead and counterattack should not be less than 5000h and 10000h respectively; when crushing other materials The service life of the hammerhead and counterattack should be stated in the contract. 4.4.3 Under the specified conditions of use, the crusher shall be no less than 10000h from the beginning of use to the first overhaul (referring to the replacement of the spindle). 4.5 Assembly requirements 4.5.1 The flatness error of the joint surface of the upper and lower body of the crusher in any direction is not more than 0.2mm/1000mm. The limit deviation of the joint surface and the bearing seat plane is ±0.10ram. 4.5.2 The rotor body shall be subjected to static balance test, and its balance level shall comply with the provisions of G6.3 of GB/T 9239.1-2006. 4.5.3 The rotor shaft shall be ultrasonically tested and the quality level of defects shall comply with the requirements of Class II of JB/T 5000.15-2007. 4.5.4 The hammer head should meet the following requirements when assembling: a) the difference in weight between the two opposing hammers on the same circumference is not more than 0.25 kg, b) The difference in weight between the two rows of hammers that are symmetrical with each other is not more than 0.17 kg. 4.6 Safety and environmental protection requirements 4.6.1 The transmission of the crusher should have safety guards. User-supplied safety guards shall be described in the product instruction manual and contract. 4.6.2 The no-load noise value of the crusher should not exceed 90 dB(A). 4.6.3 During the service period, the safety requirements during the installation, use and maintenance of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of GB 18452. 4.7 Empty load test requirements 4.7.1 Carry out the empty load test at the rated speed for a period of not less than 2h. The test run can be completed after the bearing temperature is stable for 1h. 4.7.2 When the crusher is under empty load test, each moving part works well and there should be no jamming. 4.7.3 When the crusher is running at an empty load. The double amplitude measured in the horizontal and vertical directions on the rotor housing should not exceed 0.2 mm. 4.7.4 When the crusher is running at an empty load, the main bearing temperature should not exceed 75 °C, and the temperature rise should not exceed 30 °C. 4.8 Electrical control box technical requirements 4.8.1 The operation panel of the electric control box shall have an operation sign. 4.8.2 The electrical control box shall be effectively grounded and shall have an obvious grounding mark. 4.8.3 The insulation resistance of the electrical control box should be greater than 1MΩ. 4.8.4 The electrical control box shall be subjected to a 1 s withstand voltage test. The test voltage generally has twice the rated power supply voltage value of the electrical equipment or 1000 V, and there is no flicker in the test for 1 s. Components that are not suitable for this test shall be disconnected during the test. 4.9 Broken æŒ complete supply range The complete range of supply for crushers includes: a) the crusher body; b) coupling; c) anchor bolts; d) Electrical control boxes and motors are available upon request. 5 Test methods 5.1 Shape geometry is measured with a general universal gauge. 5.2 The performance of the main parts shall comply with the corresponding standards and technical documents, and the corresponding inspection report shall prevail. 5.3 Measure the amplitude of the bearing housing in the vertical and horizontal directions with a vibrometer. 5.4 The bearing temperature is measured by a thermometer through the bearing housing oil hole and measured every 0.5h until the temperature is stable. 5.5 Check the flexibility of the rotor components by means of manual cranking. 5.6 The noise value is measured at a height of 1.5m from the crusher and 1.5m high. The sound level meter is used to measure according to GB/T 3768. 5.7 The rotor static balance test is carried out using a balanced method of horizontal parallel shaft seats. 5.8 The electrical insulation box insulation resistance and 1s withstand voltage test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5226.1. 5.9 The production capacity can be measured by the continuous operation folding algorithm. The entire crushed material within a certain period of time (accumulated time is not less than 0.5h) is calculated and converted into hourly output. 5.10 Test the power with a power meter. 5.11 When the load test is carried out at the user's site, the load shall be tested after 4.7 acceptance. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Each crusher shall be ex-factory after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2.2 The factory inspection items of the crusher are as follows: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3.1~4.3.4, 4.5, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 When one of the following conditions occurs, the crusher shall be type tested: a) When the new product is tested and certified or the old product is transferred to the factory; b) After the formal production, the product structure, materials and processes have changed greatly, which may affect the product performance; c) periodic inspection after normal production; d) when production resumes after a long-term shutdown; e) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes the type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 Type inspection shall include all requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out from one of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the test fails, the sample should be doubled for re-inspection. If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If there is still one failure, the batch is judged to be unqualified. 7 logo, label, instruction manual 7.1 The crusher shall fix the product label in obvious parts. The type and size shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 13306 and indicate the following contents: a) product name and model number; b) main technical parameters; c) the name and address of the manufacturer; d) Factory number and date of manufacture. 7.2 The packaging, storage and transportation pictogram of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191. 7.3 When the parts and spare parts of the crusher are shipped and shipped, the following shall be indicated on the box: a) to the station (port) and the receiving unit; b) the station (port) and the delivery unit; c) product name and model number; d) gross weight, net weight, box number and external dimensions; e) Lifting work marks, etc. 7.4 The instruction manual of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of GB 9969.1. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 The packaging of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13384. The parts and components are firmly fixed in the box. 8.2 The following technical documents shall be included with the crusher: a) product certification; b) Product manual: c) packing list; d) installation diagram; e) Catalogue of consumables. 8.3 Before installation, the oil and water marks on the machine parts should be removed. All exposed surfaces should be coated with anti-rust grease. Export products should meet foreign trade ordering requirements. 8.4 The packaging of the crusher should meet the requirements of water and land transportation. 8.5 The crusher should be stored in a ventilated, rain-proof shelter. Electrical equipment should have the necessary moisture protection measures. 8.6 The crusher should be inspected regularly during storage to prevent corrosion.
