The roughing tool (T0X00) is hand-cranked by a pulse generator before machining the outer circle D after machining. At this point, the rough thread cutter ends the tool setting.
According to this method, the thread finishing process is exactly the same as the roughing tool setting method. This will not cause a clasp in the cutting process. Even if there are more tools to cut, it will not produce random buckle phenomenon.
2. Precautions (1) When the tool is on the X-axis, the numbers displayed on the machine are different. Be sure to record the actual data of each tool. After exiting the X-axis, the data of multiple X-axis infeeds of the thread cutting tools must be the same and cannot be different.
(2) In the tool setting process, when approaching the X-axis and Z-axis of the workpiece, it is recommended that the hand-cranked pulse generator should select the feed 0.001mm gear.
