Working principle of vacuum oil dehydration plant:

Vacuum pump make the vacuum pressure of plant reach 0.5mbar, the oil is taken into heating system, then into the vacuum dehydration vessel, the dehydration vessel adopts latest technology, which can enlarge evaporation area and the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system, so that it can remove the moisture efficiently and quickly.

The vacuum oil dehydration plant use a bigger vacuum separator with a sprayer, which can make oil become oil mist in vacuum vessel, moisture dissolved in oil can be evaporated and pumped out by vacuum pump.

The vacuum oil dehydration plant made by us is suitable to various industrial oil for dehydration processing, such as transformer oil, lube oil, cooking oil, turbine oil etc.
