Gold mining ship
The gold mining ship is a combined mining unit built on an engineered punt and floating on the water surface (Fig. 1). It generally includes excavation, washing, tailings abandonment, and water supply, power supply, and traverse systems. Large production capacity, high labor productivity, low cost, etc.
At present, China's gold mining vessels are mainly H series gold mining vessels designed by Harbin Gold Ship Design Institute and produced by Qunying. The H series gold mining vessels are developed according to the production practice of gold mining vessels in China for many years, combined with the characteristics of China's gold mining, and absorbing the advanced technology of foreign gold mining vessels. The H series gold mining ship has advanced technology, reasonable structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. After years of production practice, this gold mining ship has the characteristics of high mechanization, large production capacity, low investment and quick effect. It is an advanced mining and selection equipment for gold production.
Changchun Gold Institute and other units also undertake the design of ship mining gold mines, and Qiqihar First Machinery Plant also produces a small number of gold mining vessels (Table 1).
The following is a brief introduction of the H series gold mining vessels designed by Harbin Gold Ship Design Institute and produced by Qunying.
The H series gold mining vessels are chain bucket gold mining vessels, and their technical parameters are listed in Table 2. This gold mining vessel has been transformed from a discontinuity in the 1960s to a continuous bucket. The equipment on the H-series gold mining vessel consists of 11 parts and systems, namely: 1 excavation system. It consists of a bucket chain, a main drive, a bucket frame, etc., and is mainly used to complete the mining operations of topsoil and ore; 2 beneficiation system. It consists of a cylindrical sieve, a sealed distributor, roughing equipment and selected equipment for the washing, crushing, screening, roughing and selection of ore. The process and equipment of the beneficiation system are summarized in Table 3; 3 tailings disposal system. It is composed of belt conveyor and sand pump for conveying gravel and tailings; 4 water supply and medium mine transportation system: it consists of water pump, sand pump, water pipe and sand pump pipe system for water supply and medium ore slurry transportation. ; 5 winch system. It is composed of bucket lifting winch, first rope winch, anchor winch, traverse winch and landing bridge winch, etc. It is used for traversing and rigging, bucket, pile bridge and landing bridge for ship entering, ship regulation, mooring and ship Lifting, etc.; 6 lifting equipment. It consists of a bow crane, a main drive crane and other lifting equipment for various lifting work; 7 hull and hull facilities. It consists of a punt and various hull facilities for the installation of various equipment and structures for gold mining vessels, so that the gold mining vessels can float smoothly on the water; 8 upper steel structures and houses. It consists of main truss, front truss, rear truss, control room, office, workshop, stair walkway and landing bridge, etc. It is used to support and arrange various facilities and equipment to ensure the operation of gold mining vessels during operation. Safe and reliable; 9 pile device. It consists of piles, buffers, pulleys, etc., used for hull positioning and moving when gold mining vessels are excavated; 10 gas pressure system. It consists of air compressor, gas storage tank, pneumatic components and pipelines, which are used to supply pressure energy to the air brakes of bucket hoists and anchoring machines; (11) Power supply and electrical control systems. It consists of power supply, electric drag, electrical control and lighting, and is used to drive and control all kinds of power equipment and all-ship lighting of gold mining vessels.
The overall arrangement of the 100HI, 150HC and 250H gold mining vessels is shown in Figures 2~4.
